William H Jones

There are many new original oil paintings by William H Jones to be seen in the gallery at the moment. William has painted most of them on site in the vicinity of Arnside and Silverdale and they include seascapes and coastal scenes. They are hanging alongside scenes of the Cornish coast. These were also painted in situ, on one of Williams recent painting trips to St Ives. He painted them in summery tones and colours and they are presented in attractive modern white square frames.

Local Scenes

William has also given us some of his oil paintings of the Kirkby Lonsdale area in various sizes and frames. These include one intriguing evening view over the rooftops of the town with St Marys Church in the distance.
